So I got my first ever issue of the PORTER magazine and actually like it! I mean yes it does remind me of Vogue and there are lots of advertising campaigns which can be annoying when you're trying to find an article, however I do think this magazine really focuses on how to dress - you.
It gives you great tips of where to find items from this season of all prices, what I adore the most is that the letter from the editor was so simple and sweet that makes it so much more personal to read. I feel like this is like a magazine/book which i've been genuinely reading. The articles are full of personality and energy it stands out from the typical articles that are covered in examples of catwalk images. I think they've done great advertising this new issue, it was everywhere! I wonder will they keep it up for their next issues..What are your views on it?

These past few weeks I've been spending most of my days working in a group on our last project of the year on Katharine Hamnett. She has a very strong opinion and is the creator of Slogan T's! It's rather odd how in 2006 everyone were wearing them and never knew that the initial idea came from her. Hamnett has a very strong point of view on how our fashion is made in today's society. She doesn't support unethical manufacturers and is very against cotton being produced in countries such as India & Bangladesh for such small pay where a person is under the risk of death every day just by working in the factory. We're creating an advertising campaign for young adults to join and participate in creating their own slogans for T-shirts etc.
So few weeks left and I will be done with projects ready for my internships!
I've recently started to try drink a 1.5lt bottle per day because I am more than sure that I do not drink enough water! Did you know that if you have a tea or coffee you must then drink two cups of water to get your system out of dehydration. And there was me drinking 3 cups of tea a day with a small bottle of water (ha!) So since i've been drinking enough water, apart from running to the loo every 30mins it's great :) my skin cleared up a little and I feel more awake when I wake up. Should definitely try it, cheap and effective :)
Sunday gym sessions are the best! I got out of bed a little earlier, had some breakfast and went for a quick gym session at my local gym. Got to love that feeling when you know you've Worked OUT. Summer bodies are made in Winter!
One of my fave drinks has to be Green Tea..I mean I literally have it everywhere I go, Costa next to my Uni knows me too well by now, ha!
Our glorious weather in London, Oxford Street, January.
A tasty fruit smoothie from M&S in the morning on my journey to uni always brightens up my day, especially in our grey London. Plus I have to entertain myself somehow while being on those 40min trains from Waterloo - to Epsom!
Pile of magazines..should really get rid of them now 'cause the quantity is not decreasing..
in fact it is getting bigger..here are some of the magazines that my lovely boyfriend bought be from Italy :$
Some T's i've picked out for my boyfriend from ZARA, Men.
Quick Selfie before my Interview for one of my internships! Can't wait to blog all about them ;)
